I totally agree about Kaiser.  I broke my leg a few years back, right on the cusp of being under my parents&#039; insurance and actually having to be careful (a.k.a. no insurance).  Kaiser never actually contacted me to get my cast removed.  I s&#039;pose I&#039;d still have it on what would surely be my VERY stinky leg to this day if I hadn&#039;t cut the cast off myself with a pair of garden shears.</description>
