Vincent Clark Hospitalized

October 25th, 2008 · No Comments

On Tuesday evening Vincent Clark’s doctor admitted him into Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Burbank California. In the off chance you would like to send Vincent flowers or candy Vincent feels the money would be better spent funding this amazing hospital’s emergency department. If you would like to send Vincent a not you can send him an online cheer card. Through Providence St. Joseph’s website.

It would also mean the world to Vince if you were to donate just a little to this outstanding hospital. The doctor’s, nurses, technicians, house keeping, and the entire staff have been amazing and have made this difficult journey for Vince much more pleasant. Given the outstanding nature of this hospitals staff it goes without saying that Vince is not the only one that has had a difficult journey made better by these wonderful people.

This fine institution truly treats the patients and their families with the love, tenderness and respect one would show our lord and his mother.

I recommend donating, to the emergency department for it is our emergency rooms that get the most neglect. Hospitals according to their own laws do not turn away people in need a way. People with insurance, without insurance, people with the means to pay, people without the means to pay, people who are in this country legally, and people who are not in this country legally are all treated the same in the eyes of the emergency room. This is where God is needed most and this is where funding is needed the most as well. Though the work done in the emergency room may not lead to a cure for cancer, it will make someone feel better, it will take away someones pain, even if it is for only a short time.

Since many people donate to breast cancer research, prostate cancer, MS, Autism, and many other worthwhile causes, I implore my friends, family, and readers to buy into the cause of this emergency room. If once a week we go without a blueberry scone and double tall low fat late and give that money to Providence St. Joseph’s emergency room we will all be making a difference in a life that we may see, but know never know.
