I find it very difficult to do my work with history surrounding me. I flash back to 8 years ago and am in awe over all that has changed. The funny thing is, working for The Walt Disney Internet Group in 2000 we were trying to do all the things that we are doing down while I am working for Disney’s ABC Television Group. We had every TV on, which at the time, 5 TVs going was quite impressive. 5 TVs for the whole floor. TV is very 2000. I know have 7 sites open, 4 monitors, and an iPhone. I am just an engineer in a cube on the 18th floor.

funny how they seem to be making the same mistakes. For example, I normally don’t want to watch live video on CNN because it is still a bitch to set up. Dispite having 3 accounts for 3 different areas of the site.

I chuckle when  a news caster reads stats like they do in the opening minutes of the super bowl.

No team has ever one when trailling by more than 14 points going into the second half.

No president has ever one without winning Ohio.

Then there is the caster that says, “Winning Ohio is critical to winning the White House, no president has ever one the White House with out winning Ohio.” I think it is coinsidence, but this douche bag thinks that we should just let Ohio be our controll group in picking the president since they represent America far better than we do. Which may not be a bad idea. I would like them to talk a bit more about that, but they just talked about the fact that they are looking “at real ballots”, not projection.

I think it is funny how CNN’s election center is out of synch with CNN.com, though they keep plugging the site. I am not sure they know what they are doing. I would not encourage someone to follow along on the website without having my laptop out looking at the site to make sure that we are all on the same page.

Wolf Blitzar is a fracking dick! Sorry, trying to find the right words to describe him. He says things like, “Here at Time Square they are all watching us on CNN.” Yea, because you hid the remote, I am sure they are all puzzled why they have to look at you when they can’t hear you, but hey they are on tv, that is why they are excited Wolf, it isn’t you. Go back to Iraq, I like you better when you were there with Benard Shaw, but I think you should do some under cover reporting this time, go to a high risk area with Geraldo so we can have a break from you egotistical shumcks.
